Microgaming powered Casino Rewards is known to be the biggest group of online casinos in the Internet gambling industry and the company acquired two popular brands, Rich Reels Casino and Villento Casino about three weeks ago.
Casino Rewards has recently also taken over the seven brands of the Mini Vegas group, being the online casinos Vegas Country Casino, Vegas Joker Casino, Vegas 7 Casino, Grand Hotel Casino, Colosseum Casino and Vegas Slot Casino.
The online casinos of the Mini Vegas group are already wearing the Casino Rewards skins and their web site states that all seven online casinos are now Casino Rewards brands and linked to the Rewards Affiliates web site. However, the Casino Rewards web site doe not yet list these brands as their online casino partners.
There is a synergy shared by both the Casino Rewards group and the Mini Vegas group as they were both powered by Microgaming and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. There were, therefore, no procedural or technical hassles during the takeover.
Casino Rewards group appears to have acquired the new brands, all seven of which carried the eCOGRA seal of approval, for a very good price and have also cut a deal with Microgaming.
