Bankroll 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
My poker bankroll is 1500 and I continually build it up to a profit and then decimate it through tilting.I am now down to 1000 and scared of busting out completely. How do I break this cycle and Also my confidence is shot. How do I recover from that?

You could counter that tilting pretty easily. When you are down in your bankroll move to lower limits and build it up back again. Then move to the higher and so on.

yeah, if your bankroll is going down, you should try to save it by going to tables with lower limits, otherwise there's a chance you might lose it all!

Poker is a game largely dominated by short-term luck. Downswings are inevitable. Don't go broke - always maintain strict bankroll management.
