there's basically 2 ways:
1) push hard pre-flop (maybe 6~10 BBs if he's really a maniac) and harder on flop if you hit... maybe give away if you don't hit (you hardly can know where you're at if you get a flop like 59Q)
2) push normally pre-flop (maybe 3~4 BBs) so it's easier to give away if you don't hit (what will happen about 70% of the times)
depending on the flop, a potsize bet may help since, in case he didn't hit anything, he probably won't call (unless, of course, he has Ax, which is a very good hand to call anything)
otherwise I think giving away or calling small bets is ok
