Those who missed out on the live action at the Main Event of WSOP 2008 can view the highlights on ESPN. This is the $10,000 buy-in No Limit Hold’em event. The first episode was aired on the 2nd of September at 5 p.m. PT. This episode featured the four Day1 Starting fields that saw 6,844 entrants being pared down to 3,737.

This show will continue on Tuesday evenings from September 9 to October 28 at 6 p.m. PT. Each episode will be for two hours. The October 28 episode will show how the nine reached the final table. ESPN will show the action all the way down to the final table of nine. On November 4 at 5 p.m. PT there will be a final table preview show. This will set the stage for the resumption of the live action.

The final table will reconvene on November 9. November 10 will witness the head-up between the last two players for the $9 million plus prize. The final table will be aired on November 11.
