The Bluff Poker Tour (BPT) will be a series of online tournaments modeled on the World Poker Tour (WPT). Whereas WPT tournaments are held live in different cities of the world, the BPT tournaments will be held at online poker rooms such as Doyles Room, Pitbull Poker, True Poker and Reefer Poker.

PIC Club is cosponsoring the tournament. Players will need to open an account at PIC Club, which will enable them to carry out the financial transactions at the participating online poker rooms.

The BPT will start from October 30, 2008 and end on May 7, 2009. Each event will have a buy-in of only $10. There will a Tournament of Champions on May 10, 2009, the winner of which will play a heads-up round with the overall points leader for the title of Bluff Poker Tour Champion.

The BPT was first launched in 2005. Eric Morris, publisher of Bluff Magazine said, “Our previous incarnations of the BPT had a great response from our readership and we think the 2008-09 BPT will be the best yet.”
